Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of OR and/or medical/surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state nursing licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS certification required if pediatric care is part of scope within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status throughout the perioperative episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care.
• Serve as a multidisciplinary team member in planning perioperative patient care.
