Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC in Mesa, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document perioperative patient care in line with organizational policies and professional nursing standards.

You will coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, ensure accurate, timely documentation, support discharge planning, and provide evidence-based care while mentoring others. BLS and ACLS are required, with a valid RN license and 1+ year OR experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Valid RN license in state of practice (or compact license).
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if assigned ASC pediatrics.
• Minimum one year licensed RN OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social and developmental domains.
• Formulates and updates a plan of care with multidisciplinary input.
• Implements care per physician orders and policies, ensuring continuity.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises plans as needed with the team.
• Documents assessments and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to staff; participates in quality initiatives.
