Rutherford Regional Health System in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Operating Room team, supporting orthopedic and general surgeries with da Vinci robotics. The position includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and typical hours of 7:00am-3:30pm, plus 1-2 call shifts per week.

You will perform comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care and collaborate closely with surgeons and anesthesia to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Formación

• Current North Carolina or compact state RN license
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year of Operating Room RN experience preferred; new-to-OR candidates may be considered based on overall experience

Responsabilidades

• Performs thorough pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure safe patient care
• Anticipates the needs of the surgical team and supports efficient workflow
• Provides age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
• Collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists to deliver high-quality outcomes
