United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Perioperative RN at Chattanooga Pain Center. You will support care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases with a focus on safety, comfort, and patient well-being in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed in Tennessee with perioperative experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Minimum 3 years perioperative/pre/postoperative OR nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and emotional patient needs; provide nursing interventions.

Job Description

As a Full-Time Perioperative RN at Chattanooga Pain Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing various pain relieving surgical procedures. Working closely with our experienced surgical team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement patient care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, providing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with anesthesia administration.
• Maintain a sterile and safe surgical environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills
