Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC seeks a Registered Nurse with perioperative experience to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet individualized patient needs and ensure adherence to policy and standards of practice.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination, documentation and ongoing evaluation. Requires BLS, ACLS and PALS within 90 days if assigned to ASC pediatrics, with state RN licensure and 1+ year OR

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement the plan of care through direct patient care and supervision of staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Ensure care aligns with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote quality and safety, participating in ongoing education and mentoring.
