Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly assesses patient’s needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician.
• Provides direct resident care, including medication administration and treatments, transfers, and responding to alarms.
• Evaluates treatment effectiveness and updates the plan in collaboration with the care team.
• Processes physician orders accurately and timely, and follows up on medication changes.
