Responsibilities

• Administers IV therapy and other prescribed treatments per MD orders.
• Assists surgeons and physicians during procedures and prepares equipment.
• Performs patient assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates care; documents outcomes.
• Mentors new nurses and coordinates with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice.
• Participates in patient education and discharge planning; contributes to quality improvement.
