Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to support perioperative care. Per Diem, Days shift.

You will assess patients, coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and ensure safe, quality nursing in the operating room. Candidates must hold an active RN license in Pennsylvania, maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificates, and have perioperative experience or on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS (AHA) certificate current.
• ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
• Minimum of one year perioperative experience or on the job training
• Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly accountable for the delivery of direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative setting.
• Coordinate care with the surgeon and anesthesiologist; guide OR staff to maintain standards.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and unit meetings; ensure quality patient care and efficient flow.
