Qualifications

• Valid California RN License.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; if not obtained upon hire to be completed within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement and patient safety programs.
• Coordinate clinical department resources and patient care reviews.
• Conduct and coordinate clinical data reviews and reporting.
• Coach staff in analytical tools and methodologies for quality projects.
• Apply project management techniques to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with division leadership and staff across departments.
• Support administration and staff with implementation of improvement methodologies.
