Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in purchasing or procurement activities.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• HS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of all capital equipment/instruments, implants, surgical supplies and non-surgical supplies.
• Initiate, negotiate and facilitate bid processes to ensure competitive pricing and best service levels.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Legal Counsel, and Vendors on contract pricing and terms to protect the facility's interests.
• Develop and implement better utilization of products and services with staff and clinicians.
• Chair the Product Value Analysis Committee and oversee trials for optimal products balancing patient safety, quality and cost.
