Job summary

Duly Health Westmont is seeking an OR Tech to perform nursing-related duties across the perioperative care continuum. Under the Director of Nursing, you will support room turnover, sterile supply management, case cart preparation, and patient care activities alongside registered nurses.

This role requires BLS, a high school diploma, and perioperative scrubbing experience. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and active contribution to a structured operating room

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in perioperative scrubbing and assisting under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating room turnover and keep rooms and equipment clean.
• Restock and inventory perioperative supplies.
• Assist with patient positioning and care under RN/PA supervision.
• Support sterile supply management and case cart preparation.
• Assist in surgery with retracting under direct surgeon supervision.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain sterile surgical suite.
• Follow universal precautions and institutional policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
