Job summary

Anna Jaques Hospital's Peabody campus is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN to join our Perioperative team. The Perioperative Nurse will work under supervision and provide high-quality surgical care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of OR experience, Massachusetts nursing licensure, and BLS certification. Day shift 7:00 AM–5:30 PM with minimum 20 hours per 4-week schedule; per diem department guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing experience in an Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with organizational skills and coordinate care.
• Delegate and supervise in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and unit policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the broader health care team.
