• Develop perioperative nursing care plans for each patient.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Assemble and communicate information in verbal or written reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
• Handle and process equipment, supplies, and instrumentation properly.
• Participate in the OR Quality Assurance program.
• Pursue ongoing education to support professional growth.
