Job summary

The role requires leadership experience, CNOR, and a BSN, with the ability to work variable shifts across a perioperative setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting within the last 3 years.
• Teaching/education/in-service skills.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation.
• CNOR Certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all clinical functions and nursing practice in the Main Operating Room.
• Lead, plan, and evaluate nursing practices for OR staff.
• Act as a clinical expert and resource to colleagues, physicians, patients, and students.
