Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance analyses, identify problems, compare options and implement solutions.
• Provide in-service education and customer service to staff on equipment use and safety.
• Mentor and train entry-level Technicians in equipment handling and procedures.
• Support clinical teams with setup, testing and troubleshooting of surgical equipment in the OR.
• Coordinate with nursing and surgical teams to ensure proper device functionality during procedures.
