Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center seeks a Procedure Specialist to deliver, set up, and support specialized medical equipment for patient procedures. You will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure seamless procedural support and high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have OR/Surgical Technologist or Radiology Technologist experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist/OR Technician or Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to varying schedules when required.
• DOT Physical required.
• Valid Class E Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and maintain specialized medical equipment at healthcare facilities.
• Provide procedural support to physicians and surgical staff during treatments.
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly and available when needed.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with hospital and clinical personnel.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting patient care initiatives.
• Follow all company, facility, and regulatory requirements related to equipment handling and safety.
• Travel to healthcare facilities as needed, including occasional overnight or extended travel assignments.
