Job summary

The RN Periop-Procedural Team Coordinator will work with SPD leaders to foster teamwork and safety across Perioperative areas. Candidates with BSN or RN OR experience, CNOR within 12 months, and BLS certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN or RN with OR experience required.
• CNOR certification within 12 months of hire recommended.
• BLS certification required.
• scrub tech/2 years OR experience referenced in Minimum Training and Education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and posting of vacancies within service lines.
• Assist in onboarding and service-specific competency training.
• Provide feedback and performance guidance to CTMs.
• Collaborate with Perioperative leadership to standardize operations.
