Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Manager of Business Operations for Perioperative Services at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. The role directs daily business and supply chain operations within Perioperative Services and reports to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer.

The position emphasizes leadership experience, financial management, and collaboration with OR staff, physicians, and supply chain partners. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospital or Public Administration; Master's in same fields desired.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory management in Perioperative Services, including levels and item master management.
• Lead perioperative supply chain oversight and vendor management.
• Provide financial analysis and capital budget oversight for perioperative services.
• Support physician relations and Care Connect for preference cards.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives in Periop.
