Samaritan Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Perioperative Operations to oversee patient flow and operational performance across the perioperative continuum, including PAT, Pre-Op, OR, and PACU. You will drive first case on-time starts, throughput optimization, and standardized processes in collaboration with nursing leadership, anesthesia, and surgical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• RN license in New York State.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN preferred; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Improve first case on-time starts and throughput across perioperative areas.
• Coordinate Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op, OR, PACU and related services to align workflows.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and daily operational performance.
• Serve as Laser Safety Officer and ensure laser safety compliance across surgical services.
