Qualificações

• Associate's Degree Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
• Master's Degree Nursing strongly preferred
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] - required
• Nursing experience 5-7 years required
• 3-5 years specialized clinical experience required
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare regulations
• Extensive clinical experience with focus on a specialized area within the hospital
• Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills
