Job summary
HealthPartners is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist to join the Nursing Leadership Team and drive high-quality educational initiatives for perioperative care. You will lead curriculum development, coordinate clinical education, and promote evidence-based nursing practice to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement.

Qualifications
- Master’s in nursing, health sciences, or education (complete or enrolled). If enrolled, must show continuous progress towards degree completion.
- Minimum of 3 years (6,240 hrs) experience in area of clinical specialty required.
- Experience in leadership roles, research utilization, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience as a preceptor/charge RN and conducting clinical education.
