Job summary

USPIMemorial Hermann Surgery Center Greater Heights in Houston, TX, seeks a motivated RN Perioperative Clinical Manager to supervise nursing care for operative patients across ENT, General, GI, and more. Expect Monday–Friday schedule, early mornings and occasional late evenings, with no holidays or weekend call.

You will lead the perioperative team, implement evidence-based practices, evaluate care quality, and participate in staff selection and performance reviews while upholding our mission

Qualifications

• RN graduate with active state license.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year intraoperative leadership experience.
• Strong clinical leadership and teaching abilities.
• Weekdays only: no holidays, weekends, or call.

Responsibilities
