Job summary

You will collaborate with unit leaders, facilitate workshops, and coach teams to foster a culture of lifelong learning and clinical quality improvements in diverse perioperative settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Adult Education, or a relevant specialty.
• Active Registered Nurse license (Missouri).
• BCLS certification (must be maintained).
• 5-7 years of clinical experience in an area of specialty.
• Strong technical literacy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Skilled in facilitation and adult education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic education programs based on identified learning needs.
• Conduct clinical skill assessments, continuing education, and leadership development initiatives.
• Facilitate team-building and professional development across departments.
