Responsibilities

• Assess staff learning needs and develop education plans and competency evaluations.
• Provide orientation, coaching, and skills validation across perioperative areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement updates and evaluate educational outcomes.
• Develop and maintain educational materials and documentation for staff readiness.
• Serve as clinical resource during procedures and care transitions.
• Promote a professional learning environment aligned with Trinity Health standards.
