Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in the Gonda 15 Outpatient Procedure Center. This role includes coordination of peri-anesthesia care and moderate sedation under supervision, and patient-family education throughout the care continuum.

New graduates may apply through the Nurse Residency pathway. The RN will work within Mayo Clinic's nursing professional practice model and may be asked to support other areas as needed, including flex hours and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure.
• One year of professional RN experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and education in the outpatient setting.
• Coordinate and deliver perianesthesia care and moderate sedation as directed.
• Mentor peers and participate in quality improvement activities.
