Job summary

Mass General Brigham’s Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts (11:15p–7:15a), every other weekend and rotating holidays. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to BORN regulations and professional standards.

Required 2 years Critical Care/GI experience, RN license, ACLS within first year, and PALS/CPI as applicable.

Qualifications

• RN license required for practice in Massachusetts.
• 2 years Critical Care/GI experience required.
• ACLS within first year of employment; CCGRN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred; clinical nursing competencies demonstrated across IU/units.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and technical nursing care using the nursing process.
• Direct and indirect patient care with collaboration from a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee other assigned team members and ensure standards of care.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
