Qualifications

• BSN or higher required.
• Three (3) years RN experience, including two (2) years in nursing leadership. Nursing management/supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery of patient care for assigned unit/services and ensure care quality.
• Develop staffing patterns and ensure sufficient, prepared personnel.
• Conduct HR activities: interviewing, hiring, evaluating, coaching, performance planning, and discipline.
