Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking an RN leader to oversee nursing staff and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. The role focuses on staffing, professional development, and budget oversight to maintain safe, efficient operations across services.

The incumbent will act as a professional practice leader, guide unit-based QE initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and departments to maintain standards and improve outcomes. Clinical expertise and EPIC proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Three (3) years' experience in discipline
• Clinical and Technical expertise in specialties of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily staffing schedule and staffing needs.
• Serves as clinical resource for problem solving and patient care issues.
• Assists with interviews, hiring, coaching and performance appraisals.
• Assists with budget process and cost management, including overtime control.
