Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead nursing care delivery and specialty services. This role ensures staffing, quality standards, and budget adherence while developing professional practice and mentoring staff.

The Nurse Manager will serve as a clinical resource, liaise with multiple departments, and drive QE projects to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. Strong EPIC experience and leadership in a hospital setting are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years' nursing leadership or discipline experience.
• Clinical and technical expertise in assigned specialties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily staffing schedule.
• Consults in patient care situations requiring advanced competency.
• Serve as clinical resource for problem solving and staff support.
• Acts as liaison to other departments and services.
• Promotes staff development and QE initiatives.
• Assists with budgeting, staffing mix, and cost management.
• Investigates incident reports and patient complaints.
