Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for operations and success.
• Deliver high quality services meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Safe management of patients throughout perioperative experience.
• Mentor by role modeling professional practice with surgeon expectations and patient safety.
• Manage 2 direct reports and ~125 indirect reports; oversee OR scope.
• Hire RNs including call and holiday scheduling.
