Qualifications

• 3+ years OR supervisory experience.
• PACU/ICU leadership experience preferred in a major academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR and PACU operations ensuring high-quality care.
• Manage patient safety and perioperative outcomes.
• Mentor staff and role model professional practice.
• Direct 2 reports and oversee ~125 indirect reports.
• Coordinate RN call and holiday scheduling across specialties.
