Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for operations and success of the cardiac OR.
• Mentor by role modeling professional practice.
• Lead perioperative patient care and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality cardiac OR services.
• Prepare OR and equipment for cases and document intraoperative information.
