Job summary

North Central Surgical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support nursing leadership, staffing, and daily perioperative operations. You will oversee Charge RNs and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with anesthesia and perioperative teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

BSN preferred, Texas RN license required, BLS/ACLS/PALS within 60 days; minimum 3 years in PreOp/PACU or critical care; strong leadership and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and staff evaluations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and department operations.
• Coordinate perioperative care with PAT, Anesthesia and PSU.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement and incident/risk management efforts.
