SolutionHealth’s Elliot 1 Day Surgery Center in Manchester, NH seeks an RN Perioperative Education Specialist to lead onboarding, competency development, and evidence-based practice in the perioperative setting.

Requirements include a BSN, NH RN license, CNOR certification, and at least five years of OR nursing experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. You will collaborate with unit Resource RNs and participate in committees.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of RN operating room experience.
• BSN is required.
• CNOR certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a facilitator of learning and mentor for perioperative staff.
• Oversee onboarding/orientation and competency management for perioperative personnel.
• Coordinate education activities and participate in committees and meetings.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement in perioperative care.
