Job summary

The Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH is seeking an RN, Perioperative Education Specialist to accelerate learning and lead practice transitions in the OR. You will mentor staff, support onboarding, and promote evidence‑based education to improve patient care outcomes.

Ideally you have 5+ years of RN operating room experience, a BSN, CNOR certification, and NH RN licensure. Masters is preferred; join a collaborative perioperative team dedicated to education excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of RN operating room experience.
• BSN required; Master’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) required.
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing development, curriculum design and clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, orientation, and competency management for perioperative staff.
• Support ongoing staff education and professional development in the OR.
• Coordinate perioperative education programs and collaborate with departments.
