Responsibilities

• Educational Programming: Assess educational needs and develop programs.
• Clinical Education: Develops, schedules, teaches and implements unit-based programs; coordinates educational experiences with staff.
• Leadership: Acts as role model, promotes changes in practice and serves as a liaison between staff and management.
• Supports/assists the teaching staff and interdisciplinary patient care to ensure quality outcomes.
• Coordinates and facilitates interdisciplinary education for learners and maintains compliance with standards.
