Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to provide end-user insight into procedural supply enhancements for perioperative customers and the Medline salesforce. You will link surgical supply practices with products and programs and help build strategic alliances with customers and sales reps.

The role requires at least three years of clinical OR experience, RN with CNOR preferred or CST, strong data analysis, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of clinical OR experience.
• RN with CNOR preferred or CST preferred.
• Cross-functional experience in perioperative areas is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical product and procedural supply expertise to perioperative customers and the Medline salesforce.
• Support business expansion and customer retention through collaboration with salesforce.
• Partner with sales on clinical product conversions and procedures at local and national accounts.
• Support quality investigations and supply optimization through data analysis.
• Engage with professional organizations and attend industry events to stay current.
