Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist to provide end-user insights into procedural supply improvements. You will link surgical practices with products and programs, building strategic alliances with customers and sales reps.

The role requires RN or CST credentials with CNOR preferred, and at least 3 years in the operating room. Travel up to 75% is expected, with opportunities to influence product offerings and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product and procedural supply expertise to perioperative customers and the Medline salesforce.
• Support business expansion and customer retention through collaboration with the Medline salesforce.
• Partner with the salesforce on clinical product conversions and implementations at local and national accounts.
• Support quality investigations and procedural supply evaluations to optimize utilization.
• Contribute to new product development with end-user insights.
