Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in California.

• CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain correct sponge, needle and instrument counts throughout the procedure.
• Identify and prioritize patient care problems and determine nursing interventions.
• Document procedures and observations accurately.
• Communicate important data or changes in patient condition promptly.
• Follow hospital infection control standards and policies.
