Job summary

Mission Community Hospital in Panorama City, CA is seeking a Circulating RN to provide exemplary patient care by circulating and scrubbing for cases in the surgical environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles area.

Applicants must hold a California RN license and have at least two years of experience in surgical/perioperative nursing, with strong communication and ability to handle high-stress situations.

Qualifications

• Requires California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years in surgical/perioperative nursing.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow physicians’ orders.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and Circulate for surgical cases and procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care.
• Perform pre- and post-operative teaching.
• Assist with patient transfers.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain OR instruments and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
