Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate information and timely updates to patients and customers; offers directions and help.
• Uses service recovery to solve problems or service breakdowns when they occur.
• Manages work schedule efficiently, completing tasks on time.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and cost-reduction efforts.
• Collaborates with the RN to address patient safety and clinical observations.
• Documents patient care activities accurately using appropriate forms and systems.
