As the Administrative Director Patient Care Support Services, a typical day may include:

• Directing daily operations of the surgical services within RWJ Hamilton, including scheduling, patient flow, and facilities management to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality care.
• Director is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting the successful development and growth of the new ambulatory surgical program
• The Administrative Director provides leadership in recruitment, retention, onboarding, education, competency validation, performance management, succession planning, and professional development
• The Administrative Director is accountable for the overall clinical operations, quality, safety, staffing, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and performance of the assigned areas,
• The AdministrativeDirector serves as a visible, hands-on leader who fosters autonomy, accountability, professional growth, and development of the nursing and support teams,

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have an active New Jersey RN license and a minimum of a BSN. A MSN or related field is preferred. National nursing certification preferred. ACLS, BLS and PALS certification through the American Heart Association
