Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years as an OR Assistant required.
• CNA I or II preferred.
• Able to interpret information to identify patient needs and modify care for age-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and peri-operative functions.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with the team and patients.
• Demonstrate and maintain clinical and professional competencies as per policies.
• Coordinate priorities in peri-operative services under supervision.
• Provide patient positioning and use of surgical equipment training.
