• Lead planning to optimize OR utilization, capacity, throughput, and cost containment.
• Analyze financials and metrics; implement actions to improve outcomes.
• Ensure scheduling maximizes OR usage and supports patient access goals.
• Lead coaching, mentoring, and staff development; drive accountability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Support growth by maximizing capacity and operational effectiveness.
• Set performance expectations and monitor productivity and service levels.
• Lead change management and implement operational initiatives.
• Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture across perioperative services.
