RWJBarnabas Health seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider for the Perioperative team at the New Brunswick campus. This role focuses on perioperative assessment, planning, and coordination to optimize anesthesia and surgical success.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in inpatient surgical care, with Acute Care NP or PA credentials and NJ licensure. Cost-effective benefits include a strong PTO package and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Acute Care NP program.
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• 2–6 years of inpatient surgical care or acute inpatient management experience preferred.
• Current NJ APN/PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess perioperative patients to optimize anesthesia and surgical outcomes.
• Develop and implement perioperative care plans.
• Provide autonomously needed patient management and recommendations.
• Collaborate with anesthesia residency and perioperative teams.
