RWJBarnabas Health's Surgical APP team seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver perioperative and postoperative care in a fast-paced setting. The role collaborates with attending surgeons and interdisciplinary teams to provide care from preoperative evaluation through discharge.

The position is per diem with night shifts, offering opportunities to practice to the full extent of licensure. Eligible candidates include PAs and APNs with strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality

Qualifications

• Current PA certification per PA route.
• CDS and DEA credentials required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative and postoperative management.
• Conduct inpatient rounds and urgent evaluations.
• Prepare management plans and discharge planning.
• Serve as Surgical First Assistant in OR.
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
