Responsibilities

• Plans and manages the daily business and administrative operations in an assigned area.
• Implements organizational policies and procedures to accomplish priorities and long-range goals.
• Supervises employees including work allocation, training, scheduling, evaluation, and problem resolution.
• Reviews and interprets policies and procedures and recommends changes to achieve objectives.
• Prepares reports and maintains records and inventory; coordinates with senior management on special projects.
