Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associates degree in Nursing; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• Epic Optime Certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience and 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• 6-10 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides effective management information for perioperative services managers and coordinators.
• Coordinate perioperative scheduling, management information systems, and billing functions, including capital projects.
• Maintain surgeon block scheduling and optimize resource usage.
• Develop and manage department budgets with decision support for OR leadership.
• Develop policies, procedures, and staffing patterns to ensure safe, patient-focused operations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and quality improvement programs across departments.
