Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field plus seven+ years of healthcare operations experience or equivalent.
• Experience with business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to interpret financial and operational data and present insights to executives.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and capital planning in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Perioperative Services across UC San Diego Health.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-control initiatives to support clinical operations.
• Develop and maintain analytics and reporting for block utilization, throughput, productivity, and performance.
• Drive operational efficiency and value analysis leadership across departments and locations.
