Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a skilled OB/GYN Ultrasound Technologist for the Antenatal Resource Center at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. The role requires 2+ years OB/GYN experience and ARDMS certification, with responsibilities spanning comprehensive OB/GYN imaging, invasive procedure assistance, and thorough documentation.

You will operate ultrasound equipment, ensure image quality, and participate in ongoing professional development, including Nuchal Translucency certification

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of ultrasound.
• 2 years OB/GYN experience.
• Must become proficient in fetal echos within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive OB/GYN, invasive and vascular ultrasound exams.
• Document patient history and imaging findings.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper labeling and image quality.
• Assist during invasive procedures (e.g., amniocentesis, endovaginal imaging).
• Maintain patient safety, professional conduct, and CPR certification.
